Business Initiatives & Community Engagement

Kelsey Walden-McLevich has spent over 10 years working in foodservice. Her love for food and hospitality began in college while working at P.F. Chang's and eventually led to spearheading large-scale thought leadership conferences at The Culinary Institute of America, with a focus on health and wellness, sustainability and food ethics, global cultural diversity and inclusion, and innovation.

While working at Kikkoman Sales USA, Kelsey managed external ideation workshops with top restaurant groups, emphasizing culinary innovation and sustainability through low-waste, in-house resource utilization. In her free time, she loves to discover new recipes and new restaurants in her area, and you can often find her walking with her husband and her two-year old labrador, Chip.
