Jeffrey Zurita serves as ReFED’s Software Engineer, supporting the development of ReFED's Insights Engine in order to create a robust data platform that can be effectively leveraged to combat national food loss and waste.

Jeffrey previously applied his engineering and research experience at Boston Children’s Hospital, where he was published in multiple immunology papers. He also contributed to the success of taking several oncology drugs to clinical trials.

Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University.
