Jailyn Knott serves as Business Initiatives Analyst at ReFED, where she collaborates with businesses and supports the delivery of ReFED’s Business Services offerings. She helps businesses advance their food waste reduction and prevention efforts by contributing to custom analytics and capacity building, as well as providing strategic advisory support.

Jailyn previously worked at Albertsons Companies, where she supported operational food waste reduction efforts, led data collection for annual reporting, and managed communications for the company’s impact program. An Idaho native, she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in both Business Administration and Finance from Boise State University, along with a minor in sustainability.

In her free time, Jailyn enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing volleyball, camping, fishing, trying new foods, and doting on her cat.
