Virtual

Join us Tuesday, February 3 at 7pm ET for a ReFED-sponsored cooking class in partnership with Chef Joel Gamoran and Homemade.

Chef Joel will be demonstrating a loose, use-what-you-have framework that turns leftover portions, assorted veggies, and any protein into a fast, flavorful meal. It’s the perfect system for cleaning out the fridge, stretching ingredients, and getting a delicious dinner on the table in about 20 minutes.

This class kicks off a series of six Homemade cooking classes with Joel Gamoran that we’re thrilled to partner on this year, highlighting how everyday cooking can play an important role in wasting food less and maximizing its value. Come and cook along with us!
