Jack Pestello leads the Advantage CPG division, which provides industry-leading headquarter sales services, retail services, marketing, and business process solutions for brands and retailers across all channels of trade in the United States and Canada.

Before joining Advantage, Jack served as Senior Advisor with Boston Consulting Group's consumer practice division. His focus was to partner primarily with retail and manufacturing CEOs on growth strategies, operational and organizational design, merchandising, sustainability, and product development. Previously, Jack was Executive Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer at Big Lots. Here he led the omnichannel merchant team and was responsible for buying, planning, financial services, pricing, and promotions. Jack spent several years with Walmart as SVP and President of self-manufacturing, where he led an omnichannel portfolio across the company's largest merchandise division. His time with Walmart also included leading private brands and merchandise strategies in the retailer's international division.

Jack spent 20 years with Daymon in leadership roles overseeing private brands and business development in New Zealand, Australia, Japan, and the US. His global experience also includes senior roles for Woolworths Australia Limited.
